I had my state inspection done today and they did a really nice job washing my car, including a nice vacuum, window washing, cleaning interior surfaces, dressing tires, etc.
Having been in sales and service (different product) for 30+ years, I am very familiar with how much a gesture of this kind means to a customer, and know that this type of advertising pays huge dividends for cultivating repeat business, the life blood for all of us. A dollar spent for something like this is worth ten spent on media or print ads.

Alex Teeter is extremely professional and prompt. I recently had a emergent transmission situation at the end of a work day and Alex went above and beyond to help resolve my transmission issue. The mechanic, Waxman, took very good care of my truck and made al the repairs in a timely manner. When I asked to speak with him about my repairs, he explained the problem and what he recommended to resolve the issue. Frankie, the shuttle driver got me to my place of employee in quick manner. He did not delay and understood the importance of my arriving to work at the specified time. Overall, an excellent encounter. I trust the team I am assigned implicitly with my Tundra.
